Charles Sheetaw also known as Charlie Cheetah by the common folk was known in the upper east side as a predator. His territory was a no-go zone for nefarious types. Any bottom feeders found operating in his domain were never seen again. Self proclaimed "Import Export" king, Charles' actual business was off the books.
